When will I receive my order?
- Fast Delivery (items in stock in Morocco): delivered in 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
- Items shipped from abroad: allow approximately 10 days after departure.
- Pre-order or back-order items: delivery time may vary and will be longer.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free to all cities in Morocco.
Can I split my order?
Yes! If your order contains items that are no longer available or on pre-order, you can choose to split the order. In this case, delivery will be free for both parts.
Do you deliver everywhere in Morocco?
Yes, we deliver everywhere in Morocco.
Do I have to pay in advance?
For most of our products, payment is made upon delivery (COD). A deposit of 25% of the total amount is only required for pre-orders and special orders, once the order has been confirmed.
I have received my confirmation, but no one has contacted me for delivery.

What are the payment methods?
We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Are there any taxes or customs duties to pay?
No, there are no additional fees. You only pay the amount indicated at checkout.
My order has been cancelled, why?
Your order may be canceled if:
- We were unable to reach you via WhatsApp to confirm your order and received no response by email.
- It is a pre-order item and the deposit has not been received.
- You have not confirmed the order, or if your shipping address is missing or incorrect.
