Return & Refund Policy

At YIKPAN, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with applicable Moroccan consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact
  • Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

For hygiene and customer safety, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or were sent in error.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products with broken hygiene or safety seals
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Returns may still be accepted if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong product.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, YIKPAN will provide a replacement or a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping

  • If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, YIKPAN will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
